Russian troops will receive 20 T-14 "Armata" tanks

By the end of the year, the Russian army will be replenished with 20 T-14 Armata tanks.

Acting Chief of the 47th Military Representation Dmitry Repin announced that by the end of this year 20 of the newest Russian T-14 Armata tanks will be transferred to the combat units of the country. For a number of reasons, the units to which the T-14 "Armata" tanks will be transferred have not been named, however, the beginning of deliveries indicates that from next year they will become massive.

“It is planned to deliver 2021 tanks based on the Armata T-14 heavy interspecific tracked platform by the end of 20. According to the terms of the state contract, serial delivery of products to the troops is carried out before the end of state tests. Now the production of an experimental-industrial batch is underway until the end of state tests in order to gain experience in military operation "- said Dmitry Repin.

In turn, it was previously reported that the first batch of T-14 "Armata" tanks was transferred to the troops back in August this year Moreover, we are talking not only about the T-14 "Armata" tanks, but also about the T-90M "Breakthrough" tanks, as reported by "Rostec". Now this raises a number of questions regarding what exactly is connected with the three-month delay in the supply of armored vehicles.

Nevertheless, experts draw attention to the fact that today the T-14 "Armata" tank is one of the most efficient armored vehicles and one of the most protected - according to a number of data, the tank is able to withstand a direct hit from modern anti-tank systems, tanks , drones and other means of destruction.

I do not like their tower, why it was impossible to make a tower like the T-90 for ricochet shots
