Russian troops continue offensive operations, having liberated two settlements in the Donetsk People's Republic and the Kharkov region. This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry.

According to official data, Russian military took full control of the settlement of Krutoy Yar, located in the DPR. This settlement, previously held by Ukrainian troops, is of strategic importance for strengthening the positions of the Russian Armed Forces in this section of the front. According to the Ministry of Defense, the enemy suffered significant losses in equipment and personnel.

At the same time, Russian forces advanced in the Kharkov region, liberating the village of Vishnevoe. During the operation, units of the Russian Armed Forces fought with Ukrainian formations, which put up stubborn resistance. However, thanks to the coordinated actions of artillery and ground forces, the offensive was successful.
