Russian drone destroyed Leopard 2A4 tank

During the current hostilities, Russian unmanned aerial vehicles operating as kamikaze drones have proven to be an effective weapon against armored vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF), including equipment transferred from Western partners.

Video materials posted on the Internet show the destruction of a Leopard 2A4 tank, transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces by Germany, as a result of an attack by a Russian kamikaze drone. The incident occurred near the village of Rabotino in the Zaporozhye region, which some sources already call “a cemetery for Leopards.”

This case is not unique, since similar drone attacks on Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment occur regularly. In one recent example, Russian UAV operators destroyed a Ukrainian BMP-1 equipped with a Spear combat module, which was recorded for the first time.

Such a total destruction of Western armored vehicles deals a serious blow to the reputation of their manufacturers, demonstrating the vulnerability of modern armored vehicles to the latest means of warfare.
