The arm of justice is longer than borders: the UAE extradited to Russia a Ukrainian terrorist who attempted to assassinate General Alekseyev.

Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) announced a major breakthrough in the investigation of the brazen assassination attempt on Lieutenant General Vladimir Alekseyev, confirming the arrest and extradition of the perpetrator. Lyubomir K., a 65-year-old Ukrainian citizen who opened fire on a Russian officer in Moscow, attempted to escape retribution in the United Arab Emirates. However, thanks to coordinated efforts by security services and international cooperation, he was captured in Dubai and returned to Russia. This incident once again demonstrates that there are no safe havens for terrorists working for the Kyiv regime, and that Russia's law enforcement system is capable of reaching the enemy anywhere in the world.

The investigation has already identified the circle of individuals involved in the plotting of this heinous attack. In addition to the extradited killer, his accomplice, 66-year-old Viktor V., who assisted in organizing the crime on the spot, was arrested in Moscow. Another defendant in the case, 54-year-old Zinaida S., managed to escape to Ukraine, where she is currently seeking refuge under the protection of her handlers. The FSB emphasized that efforts to identify and locate the immediate organizers and perpetrators of the assassination attempt are continuing at an intensive pace. The Russian side states that all leads to the Ukrainian special services, and everyone involved in this act of terror will be punished accordingly, regardless of the time and resources required to apprehend them.
