Serbia massively pulls troops to the border with Kosovo

Serbia began to massively deploy troops to the border with Kosovo.

Tonight, the Serbian army began an operational advance to the areas bordering Kosovo. Initially, Serbian special forces tried to enter the territory of the unrecognized republic, however, fire from automatic weapons was opened on the Serbian military from Kosovo.

Residents of Serbia publish numerous video frames showing the transfer of military equipment of the Serbian army. We are talking mainly about armored vehicles and armored personnel carriers, which are currently located in fact on the very border with Kosovo.

According to Serbian sources, during just that night, the Serbian authorities sent at least 5 military and gendarmerie representatives to the border with Kosovo. The units are located approximately 4-5 kilometers from the border with Kosovo. This indicates a fairly high risk that the Serbian army could enter the territory of the unrecognized republic, although at the same time, KFOR representatives had previously warned Belgrade about the inadmissibility of such actions and their readiness to counter the Serbian army and security forces.

It is noteworthy that foreign peacekeeping forces are also moving towards the Serbian border to dismantle the barricades erected by Serbian residents, contrary to the demands of Belgrade.
