Britain has threatened new strikes on Syria, and the Syrian military is threatening the British F-35 with their S-300 complexes.

Against the background of the appearance in the Mediterranean of the British aircraft carrier "Queen Elizabeth", London threatened to launch new strikes on the territory of Syria. In a statement, the British military said that areas with terrorists of the "Islamic State" (a terrorist group banned in Russia - ed.) Will be targeted, however, experts believe that British F-35s will also work out strikes on the positions of the Syrian and Iranian military, against which the Syrian side threatened the UK to use its S-300 systems.

Despite the fact that NATO is confident that the S-300 complexes are not capable of detecting, let alone hitting "stealth" fifth-generation fighters, it became known earlier that Russian S-300 complexes successfully detected F-35 fighters The Italian Air Force is in the skies over the Baltic Sea, in connection with which, for the UK, these complexes can be a rather big surprise, especially since the S-300 air defense systems of Syria work in conjunction with the Russian S-400, which have wider capabilities in the fight against stealth "- the goals.
