8 October EMERCOM of Russia sent a plane to Syria for people who wish to leave the country. In connection with the military conflict, IL-62 will take the citizens of Russia and CIS countries. This plane can fly around 100 people. Most of them are women, children and old people who no longer wish to remain in Lakutii.

During the flight on board will be a group of rescuers and a few psychologists. They are morally support the passengers during the flight.

This is not the first time that the Russian Emergencies Ministry takes the Russians from Syria. A similar situation occurred in August 21 2013, when information surfaced about the use of chemical weapons near Damascus.
