In Ukraine, a new exchange of bodies of the dead took place.

The Russian and Ukrainian military once again exchanged the bodies of those who died during a special military operation. The exchange allegedly took place on the territory of the Zaporozhye region. At the same time, the exchange itself took place according to the formula "50 to 50". Information on this subject is provided by the Russian war correspondent Irina Kuksenkova.

“Russia and Ukraine exchanged the bodies of the dead. The parties handed over 50 bodies each. The exchange took place on the line of contact in the Zaporozhye region yesterday. In the near future, another exchange of bodies of the dead according to a similar formula is expected.- said in the message.

This is the second known body swap to date. Moreover, for the time being, it remains unknown whether such exchanges will take place again.

According to the Ukrainian side, among the 50 returned bodies, there are the bodies of 37 servicemen of the Azov regiment banned in Russia, however, the Russian side has not yet made any official comments on this matter.

It should be noted that the exchange of the bodies of the dead was carried out right in the area of ​​​​the line of contact, while both sides ensured that the terms of the exchange were met.
