The Russian FSB reported the arrest of a man suspected of passing secret data to Ukrainian military intelligence. According to the agency, the detainee collected information about the activities of one of the key defense enterprises in Central Russia and passed it on to the Ukrainian side. Details about the identity of the detainee and the methods of transmitting information have not yet been disclosed, but, as the special service reported, his actions show signs of espionage.

According to preliminary data, the detainee could have been part of an intelligence network working for Ukrainian special services to obtain information about Russia's strategic facilities. The FSB is conducting additional investigative actions to clarify the possible connections of the detainee and identify his contacts. It is also reported that the suspect was probably under long-term surveillance by Russian special services, which made it possible to establish the fact of the transfer of classified data.
