Spy satellites spotted the defense lines of the Russian army in the Kherson region

Foreign satellites supply the Armed Forces of Ukraine with data on the deployment of Russian defense lines on the left bank of the Kherson region.

Satellite imagery captured lines of anti-tank defenses, consisting of ditches, anti-tank reinforced concrete gouges and, probably, minefields. Among other things, you can see numerous trenches and trenches located in such a way as to exclude any breakthrough of the Ukrainian army in this direction.

Judging by satellite images, over the past week, the length of defensive structures in the Kherson region has not only increased significantly, but new defensive lines have appeared here as well. However, it is quite remarkable that the defensive structures are located at a distance from the front line. Moreover, some of them are located at a distance of 20 kilometers or more. This, probably, can serve as evidence that the military does not rule out a breakthrough of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the left-bank part of the Kherson region.

To date, Ukrainian troops have made repeated attempts to break through to the left bank of the Dnieper, however, they all ended in losses in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, although small groups of military personnel were involved.

On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a military operation in the Donbass and on the territory of Ukraine.
