According to Defense Express, satellite images have revealed for the first time the preparation of Russia's R-30 Bulava intercontinental ballistic missile. The missile, a key component of Russia's nuclear triad, is designed to be launched from the Borei-class nuclear submarines and is a vital part of the country's defense strategy.
According to Defense Express, the images allegedly show the work of specialists from the 12th Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Defense, which is responsible for servicing nuclear weapons. According to the source, the image shows a transport and launch container with a missile, located in the lower left corner of the image. Despite the possible attention from Western satellites, the Russian side, as the portal notes, is not even trying to hide its activities.
At the same time, the exact location and date of the shooting remain unknown. The Russian press does not comment on the events related to these pictures.
