Ukraine will receive the Israeli air defense systems "Iron Dome".

The Ukrainian authorities announced that within the framework of negotiations with the United States, it was possible to reach an agreement that the United States, together with Israel, would supply Israeli anti-aircraft missile systems "Iron Dome" to Ukraine's armaments. The latter may well be deployed in the Donbass, and this creates a very serious threat to the DPR and LPR in the very near future.

"Following the May announcement that Ukraine would start increasing its annual defense budget, Ukrainian Defense Minister Andriy Taran said he would like to spend some of the funds on new air defense systems, pointing to the Iron Dome as a possible option."- сообщает the American edition "Politico", noting that a positive decision has already been made in Washington.

Deliveries of the Iron Dome air defense system to Ukraine's armaments may begin in 2023. At the same time, experts note that the complexes are unlikely to be able to protect the territory of Ukraine from massive attacks by the MLRS forces of the self-proclaimed republics of Donbass, although the complexes may well cover the Ukrainian military aviation and drones from the air defense of the DPR and LPR. Moreover, against the background of the emergence of information that tactical missile systems "Tochka" may be in service with the unrecognized republics, Israeli air defense systems may well guarantee the protection of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from attacks by tactical missiles.
