The US is not planning to send troops to Ukraine, according to Trump's special envoy.

US President Donald Trump's special envoy to Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, ruled out the possibility of sending American troops to Ukrainian territory.

According to Kellogg, economic pressure remains the most effective mechanism for influencing Russia, primarily through measures against the "shadow fleet." He emphasized that the military actions in Ukraine are entering their final phase, but the "last 10 meters" will require the greatest effort.

To end the conflict, the special envoy identified two priority areas: determining the status of the Donetsk region, the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, and resolving issues surrounding the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.

"Once these two issues are resolved, everything else will fall into place quite well."“Kellogg expressed confidence.
