The United States announced the transfer of tactical strike drones to Ukraine

Ukraine may receive up to 25 tactical strike drones from the US.

After the delivery of the first batch of attack unmanned aerial vehicles to Ukraine, the United States decided to additionally transfer tactical attack drones to the Armed Forces of Ukraine to combat armored vehicles. Data on this subject was announced by Bloomberg.

According to the published data, as part of additional military assistance from the United States, Ukraine will receive Switchblade 600 tactical attack drones capable of hitting targets at distances of up to 80 kilometers, using control via satellite channels, including Elon Musk's Starlink system. According to Bloomberg, officially we are talking about the transfer of only 10 attack drones. This, obviously, will not give Ukraine any advantage if these weapons are transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine at all.

However, despite Bloomberg's claims that only 10 attack drones will be sent to Ukraine, there is evidence that in reality the order will be many times larger, in particular, a number of sources note that we are talking about 25 drones for a total amount of about 2,5 million dollars.

Experts draw attention to the fact that the United States is actually using Ukraine as a testing ground for testing its own weapons, moreover, against Russian weapons, especially given the desire of the United States to provide Ukraine with about 20 cruise anti-ship missiles to strike at targets in the Black Sea.
