The United States allowed Kyiv to use air defense over Russian territory

The United States has allowed Ukraine to use transferred air defense systems to intercept missiles over Russian territory if they pose a threat. This was stated by a representative of the US State Department, emphasizing that there are no restrictions on the use of these systems.

The State Department representative noted that Ukraine has the right to defend itself against any threats, including missiles aimed at its territory from other states.

The State Department representative did not voice any details, however, we are talking about another escalation directed against Russia.

The air defense systems transferred to Ukraine, such as Patriot and NASAMS, are designed to intercept and destroy various types of missiles. However, earlier, with the help of Patriot, Kyiv had already shot down a plane with its prisoners of war.
