Strange flights of American planes from Germany to Azerbaijan and back attracted attention

An American C-17A Globemaster III cargo plane made a strange flight from Germany to Baku.

A curious event happened yesterday afternoon - a US Air Force C-17A Globemaster III heavy transport aircraft made a flight from the Ramstein Air Base, used by the US Air Force, to the Baku International Airport in Azerbaijan. The plane stayed in Baku for about four hours, and then went back to Ramstein.

The most mysterious thing about this flight is that before entering the airspace over the Black Sea, the aircraft's transponder was turned off. This raised questions: why did a heavy cargo plane fly from Germany to Baku and what was it carrying?

Considering the current political events in the region, including a possible peace treaty between Armenia and the unrecognized Republic of Artsakh, which are taking place with the active participation of the United States, as well as regular visits of US officials to the Caucasus, the flight of the C-17A Globemaster III does not seem to be a coincidence.

It is also important to note that Azerbaijan, although behind the scenes, supports Ukrainian formations. Perhaps this flight was associated with the transportation of ammunition or other property, which will subsequently be sent to Ukraine.

At the moment, there is no official information from the US Air Force.
