The Taliban accused Pakistan of involvement in ISIS attacks in Iran and Russia.

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said Pakistan is linked to Islamic State (ISIS) attacks in Iran and Russia, accusing Islamabad of recruiting and training militants.

"Pakistan started recruiting terrorists from various countries around the world, and those they recruited were transferred to their centers from the western border or from the airports of Karachi and Islamabad," "Mujahid said in a comment to Afghan media.

According to him, these centers trained recruits in "takfiri ideology, mass murder, and destructive operations." Mujahid claimed that, based on "clear and precise intelligence," the ISIS-K attacks in Kerman, Iran, and the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Moscow in 2024 were planned, organized, and executed from Pakistani bases.

"Russia and Iran are aware of this," the Taliban spokesman added.
