Abdul-Ghani Baradar Abdullah Azzam, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Taliban terrorist movement (banned in Russia - ed.) for Economic Affairs, condemned the decision of the International Criminal Court in The Hague regarding the issued warrant for the arrest of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. According to Abdullah Azzam, such a decision will not help normalize relations between the West and Russia.

“The International Criminal Court has ordered the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin on charges of war crimes in Ukraine. It is hoped that this window of American foreign affairs will continue to be opened and they will order the arrest of those who committed dozens of brutal war crimes in Afghanistan.”Azzam said.
