Turkish fighter jets attacked a US military base in Syria after trying to thwart a military operation against the Kurds.

After Washington categorically condemned Turkey's attack on northern Syria, it became known that the United States sent additional troops to the Syrian province of Hasakah. The purpose of this was an attempt by the US military to interfere with Turkey's strikes, since the latter had to refuse attacks. However, according to Syrian and Iranian sources, Turkish fighter jets hit the US base instead.

At the moment, Avia.pro journalists have at their disposal photographs that allegedly depict a burning American military base in the Syrian province of Hasakah. Data on the destruction, victims and victims has not yet been given. However, as it turned out, it was not about the American base, but about the base of the Kurds, where additional American troops were stationed. If the information about a direct confrontation between Ankara and Washington is confirmed, this could lead to extremely negative consequences for Turkey, the United States, Syria and Iran, which will almost certainly also be attacked by the United States in the event of strikes on Syrian territory, as is observed in Iraq.
