Turkey strikes at the location of the Syrian government troops

Turkish artillery shelled the positions of Syrian troops in the north of Aleppo.

Turkish large-caliber artillery attacked the deployment area of the Syrian government forces in the north of Aleppo province. According to data provided by Syrian sources, the strikes hit the area of the settlement of Umm Hosh, near which there is a checkpoint of the Syrian army.

“On Sunday, Turkish artillery bombed the outskirts of the village of Umm Hosh in the northern part of Aleppo, not far from the position point of government troops. A local source told the North Press that the shells landed between the villages of Umm el-Khosh and Al-Wahiya., according to the North Press news agency.

At the moment, there is no information about the destruction and casualties, however, at the same time, local residents report that ammunition fired by Turkish troops fell approximately 800 meters from the positions of the Syrian army. Moreover, in all likelihood, there were no real motives to strike in this direction, in connection with which it was suggested that the strikes on the area of deployment of Syrian troops were of a precautionary nature, in order to force the SAA to retreat from this region.
