The United States of America finally excluded Turkey from the F-35 fifth generation fighter program, in which Turkey has participated since 2007. Thus, according to the data obtained by the news agency Avia.pro, the Turkish side is now not only unable to acquire fifth-generation American combat aircraft, but is no longer involved in the production of components for these combat aircraft.

“The US Department of Defense has officially notified Ankara of Turkey's exclusion from the F-35 fighter program.
