“The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has discovered that Turkish intelligence has offered the leaders of two terrorist groups, Sultan Murad and Suleiman Shah, loyal to Turkey, to settle in Azerbaijan. Observatory director Rami Abd al-Rahman said in a TV interview that the Turkish proposal was presented to the Turkmen militias only because Turkey claims their roots go to those parts of the Caucasus.
