Numerous attacks by the Russian Aerospace Forces on the southern part of Idlib forced the militants and terrorists to begin a massive retreat.

Against the background of how the military aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces has been bombing terrorist positions south of the Syrian M-4 highway for the third week in a row, as a result of which the latter began to suffer very serious losses (according to unofficial data, about 280 militants were destroyed by strikes - ed.), Jihadists began to retreat en masse to the Idlib area, located north of the M-4 highway. This makes it possible for the Syrian army to regain control of several hundred square kilometers of territory, and for Russia to gain control over the strategically important M-4 highway.

About a day ago, a very high activity of Turkish attack drones was noticed over Idlib, which, as it is assumed, could well cover the withdrawal of terrorists. Earlier, the information and news agency Avia.pro published video footage showing the moments of strikes with thermobaric bombs. According to a number of assumptions, it was with the help of these ammunition that the Russian military aviation actively eliminated the columns of terrorists and their equipment.

Given the fact that the Syrian army has a large number of armored vehicles on the front lines, an attack on an area previously under the control of terrorists can begin at any time. So far, there has been no activity in the ranks of the CAA in this direction.
