Ankara, June 5 — Avia.pro. The Turkish fishing vessel Duru 67 was attacked in international waters in the Black Sea. As a result of critical damage, the civilian vessel sank completely, killing one crew member and injuring four others to varying degrees.

Coast guard ships and rescue helicopters were quickly dispatched to the crash site to provide emergency assistance to survivors and subsequently evacuate them to the mainland. Turkish security forces and maritime security experts are currently determining the exact type of weapon used against the civilian vessel, as well as the circumstances of its presence in the area.

The Turkish television channel NTV reported the tragic incident, citing an official statement from the Turkish Ministry of the Interior. The ministry has launched an investigation, and the situation is being closely monitored by the relevant ministries, who are coordinating with maritime rescue services.
