Rocket attacks on Ukraine were carried out by a fairly limited number of missiles, however, all targets were successfully hit, despite the interception of some of the missiles by Ukrainian air defense systems. Critical infrastructure facilities were attacked, however, at the moment, the Ukrainian authorities do not name the targets hit, although this mainly includes military infrastructure and energy infrastructure.

On the video frames presented by the residents of Ukraine, you can see the moment of strikes on the territory of Ukraine. The exact number of missiles launched is not known, however, according to unofficial data from the Ukrainian side, we are talking about launching at least 15 missiles.

Considering that the Ukrainian air defense systems failed to fully repel the attack on military and energy infrastructure facilities, experts note that even the strengthening of Ukrainian air defense systems by foreign systems does not ensure effectiveness, although it somewhat increases the chances of the Ukrainian army to repel attacks.

At the moment, there are no official statements from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation regarding a missile attack on targets on the territory of Ukraine.
