The Armed Forces of Ukraine launched attacks on New Kakhovka.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue intensive strikes on Nova Kakhovka, trying to cause maximum damage to the region, in order to cut it off from connecting with Kherson, by destroying bridges across the Dnieper. Relevant video footage of strikes using American Himars systems was captured by residents of Nova Kakhovka, reporting several powerful explosions and a serious fire that began after them.

On the presented video frames, it is fashionable to see the first moments after the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on New Kakhovka. At least three thundered explosions are reported, however, the circumstances of the latter have not yet been given - these could be either direct hits or the result of interceptions. Nevertheless, the fire that started after the first strike testifies to the damage received, although there are no official comments from the authorities of the Kherson region yet.

Quite remarkable is the fact that, according to some reports, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have begun the transfer of long-range Western self-propelled artillery guns to the region, probably intending to start using them for attacks. Taking into account the territory controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the region, it is obvious that the Ukrainian military will only be able to use long-range M982 Excalibur projectiles and, in all likelihood, they will be able to place the guns of the Ukrainian Armed Forces only in the area of ​​the Ingulets River.
