On the morning of May 13, 2026, Ukrainian drones continued to attack regions of central Russia. According to the Lpr 1 Telegram monitoring channel, a threat was declared at 10:11 AM in Kolomna and surrounding areas of the Moscow region. At 10:32 AM, information was received that a UAV threat was active in the Tula region, with isolated drone sightings possible in the Ryazan region from the Tula region. The UAV alert remains in effect in the Moscow region. Attention is also focused on the Vladimir region from the southwest. At 10:36 AM, the Kostroma region was also alerted.
Residents are urged to take precautions and seek shelter indoors if an alarm sounds. Last night, Russian air defense systems destroyed 286 Ukrainian drones over 14 regions, including the Astrakhan, Yaroslavl, Tambov, and Oryol regions, the Krasnodar Territory, Crimea, and others. The attacks resulted in casualties and damage, and fires were reported at industrial facilities.
The situation remains tense. There are no official reports yet on the impact of this morning's attacks.
