Ukraine attacked the base of the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol with naval drones

Tonight, naval drones attacked the base of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy.

The attack took place literally the next day after massive kamikaze drone attack on Dzhankoy. As it became known, the drones carried out the attack under the cover of night, trying to hide their presence and in order to cause the greatest damage to the ships of the Russian Navy and the infrastructure of the naval base in Sevastopol.

Surveillance cameras filmed video of the maritime drone attack. They do not have any evidence of the use of drones, however, it can be clearly seen that the explosions were very powerful. Later, information on this subject also received official confirmation from the authorities of the peninsula.

The attack by maritime drones took place approximately between 4 and 5 o'clock in the morning. The exact number of naval drones that took part in the attack was not disclosed, however, according to the data provided by the head of Sevastopol, the drone attack was fully repelled and there was no damage to warships.

“In the early morning, our fleet repelled an attack by surface drones. In total, three objects have been destroyed by this hour. They tried to penetrate the bay, our sailors fired at them from small arms. Also worked out air defense on an air target. The warships were not damaged. From the explosions of the destroyed enemy naval drones in the buildings on Lenina 2, in the house of Moscow, windows were broken. People were not hurt. Our military confidently and calmly repulsed the attack of enemy drones on Sevastopol. Monitoring continues"- said Mikhail Razvozhaev.

So far, there are no official statements from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
