Ukraine will receive another $50 billion from frozen Russian assets

The G7 countries have decided to provide Ukraine with new financial assistance, using profits from frozen Russian assets. According to the agreement, by the end of this year Kyiv will receive $50 billion. This measure is aimed at supporting Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression and strengthening its economy.

The decision was made at the last G7 summit, where the leaders of the world's largest economies discussed further steps to support Ukraine. Financial assistance includes not only direct economic support, but also investments in infrastructure projects, restoration of destroyed facilities and development of key sectors of the economy.

Funds received from the profits of frozen Russian assets will be used in various areas, including energy security, restoration of destroyed infrastructure, support for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as social programs.
