The Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to attack one of Russia's largest microelectronics enterprises, JSC Silicon EL Group, in Bryansk. According to SHOT, two Ukrainian drones were destroyed as they approached the facility, located in the city's industrial zone.

The incident occurred at about 02:30 a.m. The drones attacked at intervals of 10 minutes, but the air defense system worked effectively, preventing the drones from reaching their target. Despite the successful interception, the debris from the downed devices caused minor damage to the roof and fence of the enterprise. There were no casualties among the employees or local residents, and no serious damage to the infrastructure was recorded.

JSC Silicon EL Group is an important Russian industrial facility employing around two thousand people. This enterprise plays a key role in the production of microelectronics, which makes it a strategically significant target for possible attacks.

The past night was tense for a number of Russian regions. According to official data, air defense forces destroyed 35 drones in the Bryansk, Kursk, Rostov, Ryazan, Kaluga, Astrakhan regions, as well as in the Krasnodar Territory. Experts associate the massive drone activity with the increasing attempts by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to strike strategically important objects.
