Ukrainian media reported a high risk of an Oreshnik missile strike on Kyiv on the night of June 15.

Kyiv, June 15 — Avia.pro. Ukrainian and Russian media outlets simultaneously warned of preparations for a large-scale combined attack by the Russian Armed Forces.

According to Ukrainian specialized monitoring channels and military correspondents, the departure of Tu-160 and Tu-95MS strategic bombers en route to launch sites was detected in the airspace. Simultaneously, citing government sources, it was reported that the US had passed on intelligence to Kyiv indicating it had received a warning from Moscow regarding the high probability of medium-range ballistic missile deployment.

According to available information, up to two missiles from the latest Oreshnik missile system are prepared for a combat launch from the Kapustin Yar test site in the Astrakhan region. Analysts view targets within Kyiv, including critical infrastructure, as the primary strategic target.
