The Ukrainian Armed Forces released video footage of the nighttime launches of Long Neptune cruise missiles toward Russian territory. The incident occurred on the night of November 14, but the exact number of munitions fired has not been officially disclosed.
The circulated recordings capture the missiles' launch from ground-based launchers, accompanied by flashes and engine sounds. According to Ukrainian sources, these modified versions of the Neptune are designed to strike ground targets at ranges of over 1000 kilometers. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy previously confirmed the use of such missiles.
There is no information on the Russian side regarding the strikes' impact or consequences. The Russian Ministry of Defense made no mention of intercepting such missiles in its morning update, focusing instead on repelling the drone attack.
