The Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the bridge leading to the Svatovo-Kremennaya highway.

Ukrainian troops intend thereby to cut off the Russian army the possibility of approaching the highway connecting Svatovo and Kremennaya. The nature of the damage to the bridge is still unknown, however, in the event of its destruction, the nearest possible place for the crossing will be several kilometers away, which makes it difficult to respond to the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“As a result of an artillery strike, the bridge across the Krasnaya River in the village of Krasnorechenskoye, located north of Kremennaya, was seriously damaged”, - reports Lieutenant Colonel of the People's Militia of the LPR Andrey Marochko.

It is noteworthy that this particular direction was previously considered as the most likely to go on the offensive from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since the distance from Krasnorechenskoye to Svatovo and Kremennaya is approximately the same, which provides an opportunity for a strike in two directions at once.

It is known that in this area the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already launched a series of attacks, however, the latter ended in failure.
