Donetsk was subjected to heavy shelling from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Today, March 31, the representative office of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported that Ukrainian troops fired 14 155-mm shells at the Kievsky and Petrovsky districts of Donetsk in an hour.

According to the representative of the DPR in the JCCC, the incident occurred between 11 and 12 hours local time. According to preliminary information, no one was injured as a result of the shelling.

It is noteworthy that the powerful shelling of Donetsk was carried out from several directions at once. This is probably due to the fact that to avoid counter-artillery strikes on the positions of Ukrainian troops.

Shelling of the territory of Donetsk is recorded almost every day. At the same time, serious damage is recorded in the city. A few days ago, the Armed Forces of Ukraine completely dropped German anti-tank mines on Donetsk, creating a threat to the civilian population.

According to experts, in order to prevent the shelling of Donetsk, Ukrainian troops should be pushed back from the city by at least 30-40 kilometers, however, so far this has not been done.
