Bayraktar TB2 strike drone spotted 200 meters from the Russian border.

A few hours ago, Kiev decided to go for a new serious provocation by sending a Bayraktar TB2 strike unmanned aerial vehicle to the Russian border. The latter not only conducted a patrol mission near the border of the Belgorod region, but also approached the Russian border at a distance of 200 meters. The drone, as it turned out, had a fake identification code, identified by means of public monitoring as a French helicopter, although for obvious reasons, there could not be a French helicopter in the sky over eastern Ukraine.

According to the ADS-B Exchange service, the aircraft was moving along the border with the Belgorod region. He took off from the air base in Kharkov, where the Ukrainian Bayraktar TB2 attack drones are based. The data transmitted by the transponder indicates that we are talking about a French helicopter. At the same time, some of the information was not displayed for a number of reasons. It is known that the aircraft was moving at a speed of about 150-160 km / h, which may well correspond to the flight speed of the Bayraktar TB2 UAV.

Such actions on the part of Kiev should be regarded as a provocation, especially given the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are well aware of the presence of Russian forces and a Russian military field camp in the area. This does not exclude the possibility that Kiev was trying to force the Russian military to attack its drone, or, which is no less likely, Ukraine could practice strikes against the Russian military.
