Ukrainian drone attacked an electric train in the Belgorod region

This morning, on the Belgorod-Naumovka railway section, an electric train traveling without passengers was attacked by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). There were no casualties as a result of the attack, but the railway track and contact network were damaged.

In connection with this incident, the movement of all commuter trains from the Tolokonnoye station (Oktyabrsky village) to the Naumovka station is temporarily suspended until technical faults are eliminated. Technical services are working to restore the infrastructure to resume train service as soon as possible.

For the convenience of passengers, an additional bus route will be launched in this area if the need arises. Buses on this route operate on schedule and additional transport will be introduced in case of delays or cancellations of trains.

Railway representatives said they are making every effort to restore service as quickly as possible and minimize inconvenience for passengers. Passengers will be provided with relevant information as soon as commuter train services are restored.
