Ukrainian drone crashed on the border between Russia and Kazakhstan

A drone crashed in the Orenburg region. The incident occurred in the Novoorsky district, not far from the state border of Russia and Kazakhstan, ASTRA journalists report. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties or damage.

The downing of the unmanned aerial vehicle occurred amid reports of attempts by Ukrainian drones to attack strategic targets in the area. Earlier it became known that drones tried to attack a second over-the-horizon radar station located near Orsk. However, the attack was unsuccessful: the drone fell without reaching the target.

The details of this attack have not yet been provided, however, given the distance from the Ukrainian border, the drone covered a distance of over 1600 kilometers, which cannot but raise serious concerns about the capabilities of enemy drones.
