An attempted drone attack on a local combined heat and power plant was recorded in Oryol on the night of November 13. According to monitoring resources, an FP-5 drone was presumably used in the attack.

The consequences of the incident remain unknown: there have been no official reports of damage to the thermal power plant or casualties. This occurred against the backdrop of a massive overnight drone attack, during which the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of six drones over the Oryol region, including debris falling on residential areas, damaging cars and windows.

Governor Andrei Klychkov previously confirmed the operation of air defense systems in the region.
