Ukrainian attack UAV "Bayraktar TB2" spotted near the borders of the Crimean airspace.

A few hours ago, the Armed Forces of Ukraine took to the skies their Bayraktar TB2 attack unmanned aerial vehicle, one of those drones that were recently purchased from Turkey. While performing a rather mysterious flight, the drone approached the borders of Russian airspace from the western side of Crimea, at a distance of about 80 kilometers, which, at a flight speed, would allow it to reach the Russian borders in just half an hour.

At the moment, the purpose of the flight of the Ukrainian drone remains unknown. According to the "Operative Line" Telegram-community, the drone probably flew as part of the missile firing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"The UAV Bayraktar TB2 of the Ukrainian Air Force worked today along the route of possible missile firing from the Alibey training ground, most likely with the task of objectively monitoring their results."- said in the message.

At the moment, the Ukrainian side has not given any official comments on this matter. Apparently, Russian air defense systems detected the drone well in advance and continued to track its flight path.
