At the airport of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky was put into operation a new runway.

Thanks to the start of operation of the new runway, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky airport can now receive absolutely all types of aircraft, which increases the role of this air harbor in the civil aviation of the Russian Federation.

Nevertheless, the creation of complex engineering structures, which is the runway, it is only the beginning of work on the comprehensive modernization of air harbor of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, and in the near future specialists intend to produce a complete reconstruction of the airport complex, which is likely to increase the attractiveness of the air hub.
