Taliban helicopter shot down in Afghanistan by resistance forces

Resistance forces shot down a Taliban terrorist helicopter.

A few hours ago, the Taliban terrorist movement (banned in Russia - ed.) For the first time used aircraft to attack the positions of the resistance forces in Panjshir. It is reported that attacks have been launched twice against the leader of the resistance, Ahmad Masoud, apparently to suppress the Northern Alliance. However, after the very first attack by the Taliban terrorists, the resistance forces deployed anti-aircraft guns and during the second terrorist raid opened fire on the helicopter, allegedly knocking it out.

According to preliminary data, we are talking about a UH-60 helicopter left by the American military at a military airbase in Afghanistan. Given the armament of this combat vehicle, it is logical to assume that the helicopter had to fly pretty close to the house of Ahmad Massoud. As a result, the resistance forces managed to knock out the rotorcraft.

At the moment, neither members of the Taliban terrorist movement nor representatives of the resistance forces can officially confirm the loss of the helicopter. By the current hour, it is known that Afghan militias have deployed several anti-aircraft installations, apparently preparing for new attacks by militants using aircraft.
