Krasnodar Krai, June 11 — Avia.pro. A major fire broke out in the urban settlement of Afipsky in the Seversky District of Krasnodar Krai following an overnight attack.

According to local residents' social media posts, the incident was preceded by a series of distinctive loud sounds, similar to drones flying overhead and then exploding. Footage posted by eyewitnesses clearly shows a powerful glow and thick plumes of black smoke rising into the sky.

According to preliminary data, the main impact may have been on the area around a local oil refinery, which has previously been a repeated target for Ukrainian forces. Reinforced units from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and regional emergency services were dispatched to the scene, and information on casualties and the extent of the fire is being clarified.
