A convoy of Russian peacekeeping forces was attacked in Armenia.

According to Armenian information resources, a targeted fire was opened on a convoy of Russian peacekeeping forces the day before. As a result of the shelling, two Russian peacekeepers were injured, however, there is still no official confirmation of this from the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent.

According to the information provided, two Russian servicemen came under fire from the Azerbaijani military in Syunik today and were seriously injured. They are alive and currently undergoing surgery. Information on this subject was originally voiced by the Telegram channel Bagramyan 26.

The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan has so far left this kind of information without comment. However, later video footage appeared showing how the Azerbaijani military was actually tracking the movement of Russian peacekeepers, Armenian units and armed formations of the unrecognized Republic of Artsakh.

Earlier, Baku made a statement that they were ready to take radical measures in the event of new provocations from Armenia, including the transfer of weapons to Artsakh.
