June 13. Airline «Belavia"Prepares regional flights.

According to the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Belarus, long preparation of regional flights is connected with the choice of the optimal type of aircraft, and after long procedures, it was decided to use light-engine L410 aircraft.

It is assumed that the first flight of the regional airlines Minsk - Gomel - Kaliningrad will start operating in July this year, and there is an opinion that at the moment there will be an 2 flight organized per week, which will allow passengers to quickly reach Gomel, and then, if necessary, Kaliningrad. It is also expected that the creation of a regional direction may slightly increase the passenger traffic of the Belarusian air operator.
