Unknown UAVs spotted over military installations in the Czech Republic

The General Staff of the Czech Armed Forces has detected unidentified drones flying over strategic targets, including military bases. This was reported by the agency's press secretary, Zdenka Sobarnia-Koshvanceva, in a comment to Czech media.

Details of the incidents are classified, including the exact locations and characteristics of the devices.

"We constantly exchange threat information with our NATO partners, but this data is also confidential," - noted Sobarnya-Koshvantseva.

She stressed that the army is ready to detect, identify and neutralize drones if necessary, including using electromagnetic interference or kinetic means.

Interior Ministry spokesperson Hana Mala added that authorities are collaborating with international partners to strengthen their resilience to such incidents. Incidents involving unidentified drones in Europe have become more frequent amid geopolitical tensions.
