On the evening of May 13, 2026, Russian Geran-2 attack drones struck a manufacturing facility in the city of Drohobych in the Lviv region, according to military correspondent Vladimir Romanov.
According to preliminary reports, the target of the attack was a factory specializing in the production of armored vehicle parts and components for unmanned aerial vehicles. Information on the aftermath of the strike and possible casualties is being clarified.
This attack was part of the largest air strike on western Ukraine since the start of the full-scale conflict. It was previously reported that hundreds of Russian drones were simultaneously striking critical infrastructure in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia, and Volyn regions.
