Another explosion of a fuel tank occurred at the Feodosia oil depot, which intensified the fire, which has not been extinguished for the fourth day in a row. Local sources report that the situation at the Marine Oil Terminal remains extremely difficult, despite all efforts to extinguish the fire.
According to ASTRA sources, the attack on the oil depot was carried out by two ATACMS missiles. These are precision missiles capable of striking strategic targets at significant distances, making them a dangerous weapon for infrastructure facilities such as oil depots. The missiles reportedly damaged several fuel tanks, causing a large-scale fuel spill and further spreading the fire.
The Marine Oil Terminal is the largest oil depot in Crimea and its destruction could have serious consequences for the region's economy. Experts note that strikes on such facilities cause significant damage to both infrastructure and fuel supplies, which creates additional difficulties for recovery after an attack.
