The State Duma called the conditions for the rejection of the second wave of mobilization.

Contrary to the statement of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin that additional mobilization is not envisaged, the State Duma of the Russian Federation is considering its own version of the conditions under which additional waves of mobilization can be abandoned. Information on this subject was voiced by a member of the State Duma Committee on Defense Viktor Sobolev.

Based on Sobolev's statement, a second wave of mobilization will not be required only if the Russian military competently performs the assigned tasks, otherwise, based on what Sobolev said, various changes are possible.

“Almost all the mobilized are still in the places of formation. With proper use of those units that are now formed, the second wave of mobilization will not be required., - said Viktor Sobolev, a member of the State Duma Defense Committee.

Sobolev's statement about the second wave of mobilization raised a lot of questions, however, a member of the State Duma Committee on Defense did not make any explanations on this matter.

It should be noted. that within the framework of partial mobilization, 300 thousand citizens of the Russian Federation liable for military service were called up to the troops.
