Ex-deputy of the Rada Oleksiy Zhuravko killed in Kherson from HIMARS shelling

Zhuravko could become the target of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a hotel in Kherson.

As a result of the Ukrainian military attack on Kherson with the use of the Himars MLRS, the former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksiy Zhuravko was killed. Information on this subject was confirmed, while suggestions were made that it was Zhuravko who could be the target of the Ukrainian military.

According to preliminary data, the attack on Zhuravko followed after a day earlier, a former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine published a video with one of the polling stations, where a referendum is being held on joining the Kherson region to Russia. Along with Zhuravko, there is also a fairly large number of victims, including Russian journalists who were on the territory of the hotel, which was hit with the Himars MLRS.

Experts believe that in this way Kyiv is trying to sow panic among citizens living in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, as well as in the territory of the DPR and LPR, where a referendum on joining Russia is also taking place.

The exact number of injured and victims of the UAF strike on a hotel in Kherson is still unknown, however, the strike was targeted.
