Leningrad Region, June 6 — Avia.pro. In the Lomonosovsky District of the Leningrad Region, a partial evacuation of residents from settlements near a major fire has been announced. The decision was made by a temporary task force following a massive drone strike and the fall of debris near the village of Bolshaya Izhora.
At the same time, strict logistical restrictions have been imposed in the region: the suburban district of Kronstadt is temporarily completely closed to all civilian traffic. Against this backdrop, several media outlets, including the Telegram channel "Military Observer," have claimed that the fire broke out on the territory of a closed military facility. However, no reliable confirmation of this information has been provided by official sources.
The regional leadership urged citizens not to panic, not to spread unverified rumors, and to rely solely on official emergency services reports. Currently, large forces from the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Emergency Situations are continuing a joint operation to contain the fires and ensure the safety of the civilian population.
